Mr Vanhoff says there is also Elizabeth Island not removed from Stone Island, though the owner has not too long ago taken it off the market, he will still consider affords.

Just off Nowra in New South Wales is Goodnight Island.

“It is a ravishing island, it was once an old resort years in the past, it’s not out in the ocean it is tucked within the inlet there.’’

Mr Vanhoff says islands may often take a while to promote.
“The value is prohibitive generally even for somebody who has come right into a bit of money or offered one thing, it continues to be a bit excessive too high for them.
